We moved on to the middle girls with Beca Bown once again having a strong run finishing 2nd, backing her up Cara Scott finished 6th. Another good comeback performance from Issy Shaw finishing 25th and Tallulah finishing 50th.
In Middle boys there was a quality field with Miguel Jenkins finishing 7th, Rowan Townsend finishing 8th, Ben Sergeant 9th, Noah Wood 34th and Tomos Morgan 45th. Noa Vaughan 4th & Dion Griffiths 5th, both ran a great race in the Senior Boys.
