Congratulations to Cai La-Trobe Roberts on his selection to represent Wales. Cai will be part of the Welsh Athletics boys team going to the 13^th WMRA International Youth Cup to be held in Lanzada, Italy on Saturday afternoon. The welsh squad is made up of youthful athletes who earned their places in the team by qualifying through the trial race at the Ras Barcud Coch in Devil’s Bridge last month.

The 13^th WMRA International Youth Cup will be disputed on an uphill / downhill course in the village of Lanzada, and will be held on two loops of 2,150m – covering a total distance of 4,300m with an ascent/descent of 290m. Each team’s score will be determined by the aggregate of the places of it’s first 3 athletes across the finish line. The boys’ race starts at 10:45 a.m (GMT).
