Well done to Ryan Cain, who was the only Menai Track and Field athlete to run this years Snowdon Mountain Race . Ryan, only turned 19 last month and ran a superb race, mixing it with Seniors and International Runners alike, reaching halfway in 00:26:38, the top in less than an hour in 00:58:50 and crossing the finish line in 31st position in the Senior Male Open Category in a time of 01:25:09.
