What a fantastic start to the Cross Country Season, in what was a firm under foot, warm Autumn day, 27 of Menai’s Junior and 7 Senior athletes did themselves and their club proud at NWXC Second Round at Foxhills, Colwyn Bay.  123 youngsters took part in the Junior Cross Country League in the morning and 349 athletes completed the testing Fox Hills course in the afternoon.

Congratulations to all who competed and a big well done to all who ran for the first time.

After the hills of Colwyn Bay, the next race is at Ysgol Morgan Clwyd, Cefn Road, WREXHAM LL13 9NG on Saturday 10^thNovember. The Junior North Wales Cross Country League will take place during the morning.
