Congratulations and well done to Cai Lewis Jones, Zack Price, Cai Roberts and Cameron Jones who attended the Sale Harriers open on Sunday.

Cai Jones,U17, 60 meters in 7.38 which puts his ranking at 2nd in Wales and 14th in the UK

Zack Price, U20, 60 meters in 7.09 which puts him 1st in Wales and 3rd in the uk,

Cameron Jones, u20, 60 meters in 7.45 which places him second in Wales and 25th in the uk;

Cai Roberts, u20, 600 meters in 1:27.1 (no rankings at this distance) with this time it looks promising that Cai should achieve his goal of going under 2 min for the 800m this year.
