Wow!!!! We’re on the road again to South Wales for the The combined Welsh Inter-Schools / Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships.

So the Menai vest was put on one side just for the weekend and changed for a North Wales vest.

The athletes selected did the club proud once again.

It started with the primary schools race with Morgan Roberts of Ysgol Henblas/Menai running in the year 5/6 Boys race.

Most out standing performance  once again came from Beca Bown wining by 20 seconds in the Under 17’s category. The Under 15 boys race went down to a sprint finish with Ben just piping Miguel – a great race to watch.

The lads in the under 17 & 20`s was also good to watch as the lead changed many times with the boys coming through the field really strongly.

Under 13 girls scorers for Third Place Team -Tamsin Seguin 4^th, Esyllt Owen 7^th, Holly Worth 20^th with Ela Edwards also running for the North.

Under 13 Boys Alex Baynham 35^th. Team 2^nd.

Under 15 Boys, Ben Sargent 2^nd, Miguel Jenkinson 3^rd, Tomos Morgan 39^th, Team 2^nd

Under 17 Lady’s  Beca Bown 1^st, Cara Scott 6^th Cadi Edwards 31^st, Tallulah 33^rd. (No scoring Team)

Under 17 Boys Noa Vaughan 2^nd, Tudur Harper Lloyd 13^th, Harri Morgan 32^nd  Team 1st

Under 20 Men, Dion Griffith 2^nd, James Smith 21^st Harri Jackson 26^th  Team 1^st

Back on the road again this weekend, wearing the club vest of Menai. Less travelling as we’re off to Merseyside for the Liverpool Cross Challenge.
