At the Abergele 5 Mile race this morning (Sunday), Sarah Livett & Ryan Cain were both running for the North Wales Road Running Development Squad against Cheshire.

Sarah was 2nd lady overall and as the first lady was from Cheshire Sarah was crowned North Wales Senior Ladies 5 Mile Champion.
Ryan was 13th overall and became North Wales U20M 5 Mile Champion.

Eden Potter (3^rd1^stU17) & Lilly-Rose Haddrell (25^th– 1^stJW10) both ran at the Newborough Parkrun.
